By accessing or using RadiantShore Codeworks (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. User Accounts
You must create an account to access paid courses and community features. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Acceptable Use
- Do not misuse the Platform by attempting to access it in ways other than through the interfaces provided.
- Do not share, resell, or redistribute course content outside the Platform without written permission.
- Do not upload content that infringes third-party rights or contains malicious code.
- Respect other learners and instructors in community discussions.
4. Payments and Subscriptions
All purchases are processed through secure third-party gateways. Prices are shown in USD. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.
5. Intellectual Property
All course content, code examples, and branding remain the exclusive property of RadiantShore Codeworks or its licensors. Completed student projects belong to their creators, provided they do not reproduce Platform content verbatim.
6. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free content, or specific career outcomes from our courses.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RadiantShore Codeworks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of data or profits.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in San Francisco County.
